What payment methods can I use?
Via our easy-to-use and speedy checkout process, we give you a variety of methods to make payment simple. This includes the highly-secure Stripe to pay by credit or debit card, and PayPal Express checkout.
What if I’m having issues logging in?
If you can’t log in, you can either create a new account or you can reset your password. To reset your password, simply click ‘sign in’ and then ‘Forgot Your Password’. After this, follow the steps directed to create a new password. You can alternatively create a new account by simply clicking ‘register’. From there, fill in the details needed and create a new account for you or your business.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account, and looking under the ‘my orders’ tab. From here you can select ‘track my order’. Alternatively, you can always contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
What if I want to return my goods?
If you have an account set up and you want to return an item simply to the 'my account' section of the website and choose 'RMA' from the menu.
Once in here you click on ‘Request New Return’ and this will give you a drop down list of your orders, highlight the order you are looking to return and click ‘Next’.
In the page that opens you can choose the item/s you are returning and enter the quantity, reason, condition and resolution, following this submit the request and a member of our customer service team will be in contact.
Can I return my configurable products?
Unfortunately, since the cards and other various products are custom made specifically for your requirements, we are not able to accept returns on these items.
What delivery options can I choose between?
At ID Cards Direct, we are happy to offer free US Delivery on all orders over $250 ex tax. In addition to this we offer a typical delivery time of 2-5 working days for The Americas and Europem, 1-3 days for the UK, as well as 6-9 working days for the Rest of the World. These delivery times may vary dependant on which item you have ordered and stock availability.
I need to order in bulk, is there any offers I am entitled to?
If you are looking to order in bulk, make sure to get in touch with a member of our sales team via [email protected] and one of the team will be happy to look into bulk order discounts for you!
I have a more specific requirement, can anybody help?
If you are looking for a more unique requirement when ordering your smart cards or accessories and cannot see this on our webpage, please either use the ‘Request a Quote’ section within the header of the site. Or, you can simply contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to help.
